I joined Experian via the acquisition of SafetyWeb. My initial responsibilities were to ensure the SafetyWeb technology platform could be leveraged by existing consumer offerings provided by Experian in a profitable fashion. After achieving success with the SafetyWeb platform in the first 8 months, my responsibilities expanded to include additional consumer offerings within Experian's N. America and UK&I businesses. - Reported directly to the CTO for ECS UK&I- Manage Web Development, Engineering, and Mobile Development talent across Costa Mesa CA, Denver CO, Nottingham UK, and Costa Rica- Worked in a highly collaborative fashion within the UK&I business unit to deliver value to our more than 3M creditexpert.co.uk customers - Responsible for a team of approximately 30 engineers. I sourced, mentored, grew and aligned these talented team members individually as well as through my managers. My goal was to ensure they were growing their careers individually while also aligning to the direction and needs of the business.- Site VP for the Denver office. Lead the build out of our office at 1900 16th St. Leveraged my Design Thinking, creative and collaborative physical space design experiences at HiveLive, SafetyWeb, and the d.school at Stanford to do so. Lead the ongoing growth of the Denver office from 20 to 120 people.- Championed the development of processes, tools, and communication methodologies to enable an Agile Scrum process to grow and thrive within a larger PMO group that was historically strongly based on a Waterfall methodology. This initiative began with a series of 3 successful Agile Scrum pilots across ECS Globally in Costa Mesa CA, Denver CO, and Nottingham UK.- Acted as one of a core group of 5 VPs within ECS’s Global Culture Team that was directing the Culture Team’s mission and key team members across each geographical region

I was tasked with building out the team, our processes, and our products- Built and managed a highly efficient and effect team who created our best of breed parental product safetyweb.com and personal identity management product myid.com- Championed an Agile Scrum process for a team of 5 engineers, 1 UX architect, 2 UI designers,1 Product Owner, and 1 QA person- Lead Design Thinking workshops and best practices by referencing my experiences at HiveLive and the d.school at Stanford- Managed all contract workers, SOW engagements and offshore teams for special projects- Presented to our board of directors at board meetings. Our board consisted of co-founders and GPs / LPs from Battery Ventures.- Assisted in the diligence of two acquisition purchases made by SafetyWeb- Lead the technical diligence during Experian’s acquisition of SafetyWeb in 07/11

RightNow completed the acquisition of my former company, HiveLive, in September 2009.

- Lead all integration projects with partners, vendors, and customers- Architected the design, implementation, and documentation of all the APIs for the HiveLive platform- Championed the Agile Scrum process for a team of 6 engineers, 2 UX designers, and 2 QA people- Core member of a small team that flew to Bozeman, Montana to present to RightNow Tech executives which help accelerate the acquisition process- Assisted during the diligence process of RightNow Technologies acquisition of HiveLive in 09/09

- Lead the implementation and ongoing releases of our Adventure Central Connect product for aggregating inventory for our distribution platform using .NET, C#, and SQL Server- Lead the database design, system design, and software development phases of implementing the metadata requirements of our new distribution platform using .NET, C# and SQL Server- Ongoing software and system development for our distribution platform

- Implemented an open source issue tracking, source code management, and agile project management solution based on current and future development processes using Subversion and TRAC- Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, architecture redesign, and implementation for the complete rewrite of ISOdx into a service oriented architecture leveraging XML as the communication protocol and a PHP MVC framework, CakePHP, for the ISOdx portal- Lead the ongoing development of the ISOdx web portal using PHP, JavaScript, Java, and PostgreSQL- Lead the ongoing development and documentation of the ISOdx API and developer community to enable third party integration with ISOdx- Acted as a Sales Engineer to present ISOdx to potential channel partners. This included training 150+ technical support engineers, consulting with technical support engineers on how ISOdx would help them reduce their mean time to resolution, and presenting ISOdx pilot results to the management team of potential channel partners

- Lead analysis for a document management solution at GE’s Global Computer Operations utilizing Six Sigma tools and methodologies- Facilitated meetings to analyze budget constraints, licensing issues, stakeholder requirements, system requirements- Lead the implementation, in a cross functional environment, of the recommended three phase solution- Conducted meetings and training sessions for GCO’s six US offices as part of the solution
