• Developed program strategies and policies concerning negotiations with multiple agencies and served as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for coordinating unit aerial and ground movement to and from theater of assigned and attached personnel in excess of 1500 soldiers, government, and non-government personnel, air/ground equipment in excess.
• Responsible officer for Division seaport operations, receiving, shipping, inventorying, and movement of 3000 vehicles and containers without loss of accountability.

• Responsible for the coordination of daily multi-Service operations, Joint Service exercises, and NATO partner information exchanges.
