Leading the SAP Applications team, delivering service requests, major projects and application support. The team on-boarded our Bricks JV with Boral, as well as acquisitions at AFS and Martini. We delivered driver Mobility (SMS on Approach, Proof of Delivery) using Leopard Systems solutions, as well as integration from SAP to Informatics eProcurement and MS Dynamics CRM. We deployed SAP Fiori Apps for Employee Self Service, Daily Sales and Stock Counting. An automated WMS using Pick-to-Voice was deployed for the Viridian warehouse in Dandenong. Led the IT team of 65 FTE's through a global Alliance with Linklaters and delivered 50+ IT projects in FY2013 including; CRM using InterAction, IT Strategy development, Cyber-security awareness, Video conferencing strategy and employee collaboration via MS Lync, Office 2010 upgrades, 200+ iPad deployment, office relocations and refits, wireless upgrades, Asian network improvements, improved month-end billing performance. Focused on client service and urgency resulted in improved service desk metrics including; first call resolution, reduction in aged tickets and average time to answer. Customer satisfaction surveys implemented with a satisfaction above 95% achieved.

Led the 10 Project and Program Managers in the PMO to deliver client contract transitions and IT project implementations.

Worked with the CCA IT support team to establish improved support processes and prioritisation of change requests to reduce the support backlog. Also worked with the PMO to establish and manage the scope of the Sales and Customer Service release. Working for the IT Solutions Engineering team, drove the development of more than 400 custom objects (Interfaces, Reports, Enhancements, Conversions, Forms) for the Sales and Customer Service release.

Led the development of the OAisys program business case, forming a project team of more than 100 business and IT personnel. Joined other bottlers in the Coca-Cola system to develop an SAP bottler template solution called Coke One. During the four years of the project was accountable for the Technical, Change Management, Training, Master Data, Conversion and PMO teams.

At Accenture, led the Global Business Solutions team of more than 200 consulting professionals, delivering client services for ERP solutions like SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Peoplesoft, e-commerce vendors like Ariba and middleware solutions like webMethods and Biztalk. Also conducted QA reviews on complex client ERP programs such as MinDef in Singapore, Unilever in Sydney and Fonterra in NZ. Delivered SAP projects with clients such as Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Dairy Farmers, British American Tobacco, AstraZeneca, Petronas Malasyia and Caltex.
