Manage, plan, direct and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing agency  Supervises to ensure implementation and ongoing compliance with agency policy  Leads nurse recruiting initiatives including networking, interviewing, oversee credentialing process,background checks, contract negotiation and on boarding  Track and monitor all additional information, maintain agency files and documents for nursing staff  Effective communication ensuring cooperation between the front office staff and management(including reading and responding to email, filtering down newsletters, policy updates,correspondence, meeting, training and web information and appropriate data)  Review and approve payroll (accuracy, control overtime) for office  identifies and investigates existing and /or potential payroll discrepancies
