(Working here when it was branded ‘Quadron Services Ltd’)Working for an established grounds maintenance company whose clientele include local district councils and the NHS. My role is to provide a professional service to colleagues and senior management to ensure a smooth operation of 4 contracts across Birmingham.- Data inputting of payroll for over 100 employees, including weekly, last working day and monthly payroll, sickness/absence monitoring, annual leave monitoring, distributing payslips to depots, monitoring and hitting targets for BACS deadlines.- Obtaining quotes from Suppliers, ordering workshop parts and equipment, stationary and other goods for three depots across the Birmingham area.- General Admin duties, including minute taking for meetings and disciplinarys, authorising invoices for payment, matching delivery notes to invoices, liaising with clients and customers and keeping an organised and tidy office. Taking calls, answering enquiries and relaying information to site managers.- Setting up new starters, ensuring all paperwork and ‘proof of right to work’ documentation is sent HR, producing ID cards, updating personnel records, training records and personal development logs.- Maintaining bookings for meeting room, setting up for meetings and providing refreshments.- Training new administrators, attending risk assessment and safe working practice briefings.- Ensuring all computerised E-Learning is completed and being on hand to provide support with unfamiliar users.- Organising national administrators meetings and attending health and safety meetings.- Updating service records for plant machinery.
