I currently oversee portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, evaluations and the development of asset level strategies for Aletheia Capital Advisors, a company I co-founded in late 2010. I have been instrumental in implementing creative solutions to assist in the acquisition and disposition of distressed assets. I have extensive experience as a real estate developer and investor and have completed multiple master planned real estate communities over the course of my career, heading up all aspects from land acquisition, entitlement, financing, investor relations, construction, and development. Over the past twenty years, I have founded and successfully operated several companies in the real estate industry, including mortgage, title and escrow, construction, and development companies, as well my own real estate brokerage. During that time, I was able to transact several thousand real estate deals. Being involved in such a wide variety of real estate related companies, has allowed me to gain experience and perspectives from multiple fronts. Additionally, I was able to serve as a member of a county Planning and Zoning Commission where I evaluated several master planned communities.
