As part of a high performance team made up of International members, I collected requisite background information, conducted document and business department reviews, designed systems integration sub-components and created missing documentation for Excellerate Human Resource Outsourcing (EHRO) Projects: which provided fullservice human resources outsourcing, health/retirement planning and benefits administration services. Once these sub-components went through a design review and acceptance process, I installed and tested them and then trained support staff from around the world to take over maintenance of these applications. These projects were for companies like General Motors and Cardinal Health to name a few.

On the Coors Brewing Company contract I was awarded increasing responsibilities through my years of service. Resolved tier 2 and 3 security escalations, member of the oncall security team, resided at the data center, lead member of the vulnerability management team, security representative of the data center migration team that moved the local data center to California, Security team technical lead, participated in multi-million dollar projects, application retirement project member, member of the arcitecture team and part of the business and process developement team.

Part of a team that was respoinsible for computer and network security. Recommend, test and implement security measures for corporate network and computers. Secure remote communications, email access, monitor and filter web content. Define and document processes for repeatibility and streamlining. Participate in department training and security evaluations, application analysis and review. Work with internal and external audit departments.

Member of the helpdesk staff at Coors Brewing Company providing local and remote IT support for all employees and some distributors and vendors. Hardware and software support, application support, password resets accross multiple OS platforms, email, Internet access, etc.

I was hired to implement a formal helpdesk. I quickly converted the legal sheet of paper that was being used to an Excel form so we could track much more information. Then we researched helpdesk solutions and chose Bendata's HEAT application. I went to training, installed and configured the application. I trained the users and supported the application. After that I was able to hire my replacement and moved to network and server support. I was also supporting the firewall and monitoring Internet access. I was also involved when we moved the datacenter to a bigger more remote location and after the project was over, I resided at the datacenter full time providing network and server support and worked on security projects as they arised.

Demand Publishing was an early leader in the electronic distributiuon of newsletters and archived legal and sports related content. We were hired to deliver newsletters to the Congress of the United States of America, sports scores and related stories for the University of Michigan basketball team and archived legal briefs for the State of Illinois, just to name a few. I was responsible for computer and server support and testing and using the high speed connection to the Internet. Sadly the company was not able to hang on in the early days of the Internet and went out of business. I documented the business and inventoried the systems, turned off the lights, locked the doors and handed over the keys.

Various duties and increasing responsibilities at this computer electronics manufacturing company. I started out as a hardware assembler working on circuit boards and cable assemblies. I then moved to product assembly and testing and on to beconing lead assembler and production tester. After that I was production lead and then production manager in full charge of customer orders including shipping and receiving. After doing that for a while, I moved to the engineering department doing support and testing and ended up doing pre-sales and engineering support. During that part of the job I was involved with and helped land contracts with Krogers, Wendy's, Sears and Boise Cascade to name a few of the many companies I worked with.
