Reports to the Managing Director and the Committee.Founder and heads the Information Technology Consulting BU (referred as "TechSolQatar") of the company.Responsible for the complete Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Complete P/L management of the BU.

Direct reporting to the General Manager- Operations (ICT Group)Responsible for Business Divisions Budgets, variance analysis. Accounts receivables, Collection of payments from customers. Liaise with Suppliers & Accounts Payable team to ensure vendor evaluation and vendor registration, vendor payments are done on a timely manner. Responsible for the complete AR, ageing, bad debt provisioning, Customer meeting, manage collections with the monthly target of 20-30M QAR. Responsible for managing the division’s P/L, Balance sheet, GL and FAs. Responsible for design, development and implement new commercial related systems, procedures and for the business divisions. In this role, maintaining the relationship with various other business divisions such as ICT senior management teams, corporate finance, credit management, corporate legal, facilities, HR, immigration, logistics, etc. for the smooth delivery of the services.Responsible dealing with the customer, principal, vendors, value added distributors’ management in terms of commercial matters of the business division.Responsible for all Commercial Contracts Management. Responsible from the drafting, revision, negotiation with customers and vendors and execution of the commercial contracts, project code creations.Ensure that Purchase Requests are initiated by the team and provide review approvals for corporate management approval; Purchase Orders are released to suppliers and principals and further coordination.Evaluation of the tender proposals (commercial) and ensure payment terms are aligned to have a smooth cash flow, liabilities (in terms of liquidated damages, insurances, etc) are properly covered.Reporting of periodic MIS reports Through knowledge in Oracle ERP 11i and R12, MS OfficeProject owner/leader for developing Commercial Contracts Management System from concept stage to the implementation for the Division. Office administration and management.

Direct reporting to the Group Supply Chain ManagerResponsible for developing and implementing the departments Quality Management policies and proceduresStart-up and core member of the Corporation’s Supply Chain initiative as a 3PL business unit.Responsible for leading the project of implementing 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Freight Forwarding System (FFS), Document Management System (DMS), Relocation Systems, Rates & Quotes System (RQS), Billing System, Transportation management Systems (TMS), Yard management System (YMS) for Qatar Logistics.Responsible for the divisions all day to day administrative, quality management, MIS affairs.

Direct reporting to the General ManagerResponsible for the implementation WinTAG Equipment management Procurement system and Integrated Satellite Communication systems in all Mansal fleets.Provide procurement system administrative support to the entire Mansal fleet and procurement team onshore and offshore. Ensure that Purchase Requests are raised for management approval; Purchase Orders are released to suppliers and principals.As the Internal auditor for the Company’s Quality Management System (ISM Code) as per IMO/STCW95 Regulations and instrumental in achieving the DOC and SMC Certification for Office and Vessels.

Direct reporting to the U.S.Navy Commanding Officer & General Manager Airport AuthorityIn charge and worked a Remote Consolidated Areal Port Subsystems (RCAPS) System Administrator.Responsible for the accountability and manifesting of more than 1000 tons of air cargo on a monthly basis.Logistics support to the carrier battle groups operating within the Fifth fleet area of operations. Train the military civilians and active duty staff on the RCAPS operations. Achieved many recommendations from the U.S. Navy Commanding Officers and Officer In Charges.
