Working with Kent Plc as a project controller for a Standard semi-submersible FPU project and Mooring analysis study for a semi-submersible FPU project.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare schedule in Primavera P6 with the deliverables from different disciplines like Naval Architecture, Weight control and stability, Marine systems etc.• Monitored progress against schedule and intervened as necessary to bring deliverables back into compliance with Schedule.• Prepare reports like 2 weeks look ahead schedule, resource usage spread sheets, Manhour histograms, progress charts etc for management reviews.• Analyze the document flow controls and update it in Master document register.• Coordinate with HR department for timesheet preparations.• Attending client meetings for reporting and updating about the project.• Work closely with the project management team for progress monitoring and time management.

Coordinated with procurement section and TA planners/requestors for all direct procurement and nonstock material. Ensured correct monitoring, efficient use of spare parts and consumables, and minimal inventory, while partnering with warehouse and inventory officials.

Communicated with departmental superintendents’ external resources requirements and ensured arrangements for outsourcing additional manpower requirements. Verified material/equipment specifications and miscellaneous technical issues in liaising with inspection and operations sections.
