ASEAN Youth Organization is established with the objectives of promoting international understanding and goodwill parallel to the ASEAN Motto, and constituting one vision, one identity, and one community. We envision a world where the youth exhibit a heightened interest on ASEAN and on each other.To this end, the organization, through its networks and members, conducts programs and projects that empower the youth and engage their respective communities to instill and implement forward-looking ideas that would result in positive change

- Collect data and create good materials to be exhibited and made public in various formats, and in both online and offline modes. These shall include the organization's official website, other online groups, and other avenues for communicating to the organization's stakeholders; -Serve as the spokesperson of the organization; -Maintain and improve the reputation of the organization by promoting it through various means; and - Release official press statements.

National Peak Student Representative Body for International Students in Postgraduate, Undergraduate, ELICOS, TAFE / VET and Foundation levels. It strives to communicate its policy positions to a broad cross-section of the Australian society. At a national level, CISA interacts with the federal government, peak education sector bodies, and international education organisations in other countries. On a state level, the CISA Divisions interacts with the education providers, state and local government, and campus-level student organisations. Assist students in -Employment / Work Rights -Accommodation -Immigration -Quality Education -Access to education.

•Consult and assist clients in achieving their career pathways and aspirations•Liaise and established promising business relationships with stakeholders•Deliver “selling” presentations to organizations and institutions•Establish a reputable brand name for the company through new venture into a new market•Coordinate projects and programs in various aspects through strategy setting.•Develop Leadership Development Program for executives

• Research and present ideas to senior management team on HR initiatives • Assist in organizing training and employees’ benefits programs• Communicate and coordinate activities across different departments• Set meetings with managers and review project’s progress• Research and assist in enhancing of induction program• Participate in teleconference meeting with colleagues from overseas branch offices• Part of the selection panel for the career assessment centre

-Provide Counselling and Advices to students for tertiary and further education -Provide support and assistance to students in selecting the right courses that will determine the pathway to career aspiration
