In this role I am undertaking four 6 month rotations throughout the business to gain well rounded experience. Rotation 1 was with an operational lead team assisting with business reporting, management of R&D projects and small internal projects. Rotation 2 was within the Supply Chain team within the JORN program. I was a part of the mobilisation of a major subcontractor, tender preparation and negotiations. Rotation 3 was with our Bid Support Services team doing a combination of bid management, capture management and competitive intelligence. Rotation 4 is working with the Risk Manager and Project Controls team in the JORN program.

Worked under supervision and unsupervised producing sketch designs,design development, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, indesign andsketchup. My work was always of the professional standard expected in the office.I had the opportunity of managing the design in 3D of an office fitout toan existing warehouse building for an iconic Adelaide Hills brand. I electedto take on a particular level of responsibility with this project and my work was ofan excellent standard which went beyond the expectations of the client.
