I have been blessed to be a part of amazing things in multiple industries. [Leadership]I have been in positions to lead different groups of individuals across multiple industries. My leadership style encompasses being people, culture, and process driven. This allows for growth that can be tracked and allowed for milestones. Culture is huge to me. Working at Chipotle, I was shown just how impactful culture can be. I have brought that attitude with me in every position afterwards.[Technology]I have always been interested in technology. I fell in love with logic in high school when computers were first introduced (showing my age), and I had a C++ class my senior year. Creating my first script that allowed input took my breath away. From there I have had a passion to learn new languages yearly and write efficient code. I have been a part of MANY projects that are used by many consumers, businesses, influencers, brands, and more. Lately it's been React, NextJS, and TailwindCSS used on my projects, but I have experience with a lot of frameworks, languages, and database types.[Advertising & Marketing]Was one of the founders of LayerOne which pushed the boundaries in many ways for the technology a lot of influencers use today. Went on to help Opera Event with developing esports management platforms, gamified creator economy and online advertising toolsets. I am now a co-founder of Diffraction, a marketing firm that specializes in delivering our clients results. [Point of Sale]Started my career fixing cash registers and simple Aloha POS configurations. Moved onto Matrix Proven POS where my skills were pushed to the next level with Aloha with the different clients they partnered with. Afterwards I helped Chipotle grow their help desk in Columbus by proven processes and leadership skills. From there I went onto Wendy's and was a crucial part to the digital ordering platform and its ideation, development and deployment. I also worked on WENAMPS which was an inventory mapping program that used Aloha data from all 12k+ of our locations to find the actual inventory being used. It overall saved Wendy's millions of dollars to this day.Huge fan of coffee... It may be a problem.
