As an aspiring professional in the e-commerce industry, I am dedicated to leveraging my experiences and skill set to drive innovation and success. My journey has been shaped by hands-on roles, including serving as a Sales Staff at Rang Rang Coffee, where I honed my customer service and communication skills, and as an Intern at VNpay, where I gained insights into financial services and field & risk management. In addition, my last work experience as a Private ESL Tutor has instilled in me a passion for mentorship and guidance. Currently, I am proudly being a part of university startup named "EZD" which provided a recruitment platform and application for both recruiters and candidates.
