Beginning January 2013, I worked on the creation and evolution of Excellium Services. My first project was to create a cyber SOC Team and services to provide Customers capabilities to measure their exposure on an ongoing basis and helping them to verify no vulnerabilities expose their critical assets.In June 2019, I started a new challenge as the Delivery Manager. My role is to drive delivery teams to effectively provide the best services to Customers by focusing on people, quality, risk mitigation and cost control, by working in close collaboration with the Sales team and the Management to facilitate interaction and communication between teams and Customers. I am responsible for ensuring the projects and deliveries are in line with Customer’s expectations and satisfaction.Previously, I worked as Manager in Verizon Business for southern Europe. I have been working in the field of cybersecurity for more than 20 years, with over 5 years of experience in system engineering and 15 years in computer security. Being a solution-oriented person, I am ready for new challenges. I possess a wide range of skills and experiences, with effective communication that enables him to perform in multiple roles.My first professional experience was in France, where I was working for the University of Lorraine as a System Engineer and since 2008, I’ve always kept a link with the University by teaching courses in IT security for students who are on their last year of Master Degree and IUT.
