The role as Strategy Officer encompasses working directly with CIP’s four Senior Partners and extended Management team on strategy development and execution.CIP is the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy investments. Growth is Maersk’s VC arm.• Responsible for the strategic investment case as part of the VC investment process, incl. evaluation of strategic fit with Maersk and assessment of joint synergy potential• Responsible for synergy realization with the fund’s Decarb investments, enabling Maersk to deliver on the company’s 2040 net-zero commitment. This involved driving collaboration between climate tech startups and Maersk to identify, scope, and execute decarb projects• Redesigned the process for how Maersk approves and drives pilots with startups, to reduce complexity, increase agility, and fundamentally unlock greater value from the external ecosystem
