Currently working as M&A Analyst at the boutique advisory firm intelligentis. Additionally studying business administration in the final year with a focus Finance & Energy Economics at TU Dresden where I currently write my master's thesis on the topic of non-financial value-added in different types of venture capital. During my studies, I was able to gain a sound understanding of management accounting, business development, and M&A due to my internships, own entrepreneurial experience, and work-study positions at the European Energy Exchange AG in Leipzig, a subsidiary of DAX40 enterprise Deutsche Börse AG, several entrepreneurial efforts (especially in the realm of consulting, financial modeling, and music production) and my current position as M&A Analyst at intelligentis. I take special interest in the dynamics, companies (and company founding), and private equity & venture capital investments in the sectors of renewable energies (mainly solar, wind turbines, hydrogen technology, and other infrastructure), the chemical industry, the aerospace industry, real estate, and machinery & plant engineering.Personal and professional education and development are of great importance to me. For this reason, I often entertain continued educational efforts, especially in the topics of financial modeling, M&A, private equity, and strategy (e.g., by completing the FMVA® and CMSA® certification from the Corporate Finance Institute). Additionally, I am a passionate bodybuilder and multi-discipline athlete in my leisure time.
