Creating multilingual Voice AI-powered contact center automation solutions, designed to have human-like conversations, including but not limited to :>Research to understand dialects, accents, and interlocutor expectations of the users.>Experiments to understand technical and logical limitations of tools such as TTS and ASR.>Designing voice interface that adapts to technical limitations and leverages technical strengths.>Defining workflows and their underlying logic in a detailed design specification to ensure a complete user experience.>Collaborating with stakeholders and developers to create multiple iterations of the designs to ensure holistic and appropriate linguistic and cultural localization for Indian English, Hindi, Marathi and Tamil languages.>Analyzing user interactions against rigorous success metric to mitigate gaps in the interactions and ensure continuous improvement of user experience.> Creating bot design documents, including bot personas, example dialogs, conversation flow diagrams, and error handling patterns> Designing storyboards, user flows, conversational flow and prototypes > Defining and managing intent portfolio for natural language understanding and how it maps into conversation designs> Working closely with product managers, engineers, visual designers, and researchers to design, implement, and improve overall user experience.

Project Commissioned by the NITI AAYOG to conduct an Ethnographic Study of 226 Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Communities to determine their socio-economic status and ascertain if they may be eligible for affirmative action provided by the Government of India. >Ethnographic study of the Baldia community, surveying 100 families across nine districts in Madhya Pradesh - Neemuch, Mandsaur, Jhabua, Agar Malwa, Guna, Shivpuri, Alirajpur, Ratlam and Dewas.> Analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data collected by way of ethnography and survey to determine the origin, history, migration patterns and socio-economic conditions of the community.>Tracing the origin of the community back to the larger Nomadic group of the Banjaras through their migration patterns, occupational history, ritual practices and linguistic affectations. > Drafting a 60 page report that documented the ethnographic study and proposed that the community be considered a sub-group of the Banjara community of Rajasthan based on meticulous data analysis and critical arguments driven by anthropological tools such as cultural immersion, human ecology and linguistic analysis, to be published in the Gazette of India.

Designed over 120 creative and immersive learning aids accessible to 15000+ students users across ages 5 to 14 that simplified English grammar topics and employed effective memory recall strategies for topics that are difficult to remember.

>Curated monthly programs on topical themes for knowledge and capacity building for youth at the 6 resource centers across India. >Analyzed the impact and effectiveness of the programs conducted and submitted monthly reports on the same.>Conducted a small survey among the followers of Asaram Bapu at his ashram in Goregaon following his arrest to understand the cause, functioning and impact of the mysticism of religious godmen.
