Developed and honed my skills as a high-level bankruptcy professional by working on the majority of the restructuring and chapter 11 engagements handled by the firm. During my tenure at Sitrick Brincko Group, my engagements included serving as interim CFO, liquidating trustee and senior restructuring consultant. I have prepared complex business and restructuring plans, liquidation and preference analyses and served as expert witness in preference actions.Highlights of my engagements include:Spansion Inc., a public leading flash memory chip supplier ($3 billion in revenue). Served as Interim CFO and Chief Restructuring Consultant and directed all aspects of the Chapter 11 process. This included cash flows, SoFAs, summary of schedules, MORs, claims tracking and reconciliation, including preparing quarterly claims distribution reports. Subsequently hired by the Claims Agent for Spansion to determine estimated damages resulting from certain avoidance actions and preferential payments, including acting as expert witness in these actions. This included performing complex calculations and the review and evaluation of hundreds of thousands of line items.Edison Mission Energy, leading independent power producing enterprise specializing in developing, operating, and selling energy and capacity from over 40 generating facilities in 12 states. I was hired as claims consultant to review and evaluate over 2,000 proofs of claim with an aggregate value in excess of $12 billion. My duties included preparation of schedules, SoFAs, MORs, tracking of professional fees, claims tracking and reconciliation, managing the claims objection process and negotiating with claimants. Through our management of the claims and direct negotiations with creditors, 246 claims were withdrawn and/or amended. Upon Edison Mission Energy’s acquisition by NRG, I was hired to manage the claims related to their assumed liabilities.

As Senior Vice President of Operations, I was responsible for all financial reporting and operations, including warehousing, IT and HR departments for this manufacturer and retailer of fashion clothing. Designed and implemented new reporting processes in order to link sales, manufacturing and inventory, thereby improving on-time and completeness of deliveries to customers. Created reports in order for management to monitor the company’s performance in a timely manner.
