Partner and Commercial Director at Sprinting Retail. Sprinting Retail is a unit under Sprinting Software that specialises in customer centric digital retail solutions.

Joined AMCS Group through the company's acqusition of Transvision. Transvision became the optimisation solution division in the group. At AMCS I led the optimisation division's - commercial infrastructure - solution knowledge and excellence- product marketing - partner and reseller network- focused expansion into the USA and ANZ territories

Joined Transvision as sales director when the company was created through a management buy-out from PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Transvision develops and implements advanced solutions for transport optimisation and execution. I founded the sales and marketing department in the company and led it until the company was bought by and merged with AMCS Group. In the Transvision period we grew the company form being a small local player with a handfull of Scandinavian customers to being one of the industry's leading companies with customers all over the world.

Together with a partner, we founded a company with the vision of developing extranet solutions and content management system. Unfortunately, we did not make it all they way. The vision was good, thinking of the sucess companies like Sitecore and DynamicWeb have experienced.

DIS is developing advanced web sites, web portals and web-based intranet solutions for especially the public sector. I joined the company as a student helper in the role of marketing coordinator. Not long after, I took on the responsibility of being sales and marketing manager, at the same time as I took my master degree in Economics of Markting at Copenhagen Business School.

My grandfather invented fruit paste as toppings and snacks in Denmark after World War 2 and founded Castus. Eventually my father took over the company, and after a long period with successful growth he sold the company to American CPC Food in 1994. Over time Castus became a healthy must-have product for especially children families, long time before healthy products became a central part of modern days' lifestyle. From the age of 7 I worked in the factory during holidays, and during high school years I had my first experiences working with sales and marketing as merchandiser.
