Main responsbilities: • Drive the recruitment process in collaboration with recruiting managers including mapping qualifications needed, preparing and posting job adverts, evaluating applications, provide shortlists, interviewing, reference taking, providing recommendations for final candidates and feedback to candidates. • Creating a strong pipeline of talented candidates to secure a proactive way of recruiting. • Support HR and recruiting managers with forecasting, executing and follow up on immediate recruitment needs.• Contribute to development of social and digital recruitment processes to attract quality candidates.

Responsible for both recruitment of candidates to our customers and signing contracts with our subcontractors. It is a combination of the two positions described below.

Responsible for finding new partnership with other consultant companies as well as with freelancers who have their own companies. My work include screening résumés, signing contracts with candidates, and I am responsible for those consultants I have signed contracts with.
