Having grown through the ranks from nightshifts to hotel manager, I have acquired outstanding experience in a variety of duties such as leadership, employee development, guest relations, service standards, brand awareness and development, social media management & marketing, budgeting, contracting & sales.As of 2022 I switched over to the other side of the table as project manager for Atlantik DMC travel agency to provide my expertise to cruise lines, shore excursions and management of pre & post hotel/land programs I like to work with ambitious, highly driven people focused on personalized service in order to realize each guests needs and wants.
