Direct investments:• Underwrote KWAP investment into an aquaculture VC in a working team of two.• Performed due diligence on commercial and financial aspects of direct deals.• Proposed direct investment to the Investment Committee (IC) and Investment Panel (IP) members with approval at both levels.• Review transaction documents, including but not limited to, Shareholders' Agreement, Subscription Agreement, Side Letter and Deed of Adherence.Fund investments:• Performed due diligence on global fund investments, specifically in buyout and growth strategy.• Carried out analysis on fund performance relative to market benchmarks.• Proposed fund investment to the Investment Committee (IC) members and subsequently, to the Investment Panel (IP) members with approval at both levels.• Review transaction documents, including but not limited to, Limited Partnership Agreement, Subscription Agreement, Side Letter and Most Favored Nation election.
