In this role, Russell manages the entire software and information technology of the company, including the iOS applications, operations, reporting, and payroll websites. In this role, Russell architected new enterprise sales/operations systems and iPad customer sales apps. He optimized business processes with new enterprise cloud servers and iPad apps that accounted for over 100,000 new customer accounts. He redesigned/developed the enterprise systems and increased the speed and responsiveness of the system by more than 900%. He demonstrated strong technical skills while developing and implementing innovative strategies to rapidly resolve technical issues and increase efficiency. He was responsible for working with sales teams, operations departments, and customers to understand and document their business needs and create solutions using new cloud services across public, private, and hybrid deployment models.
