My responsibilities were as follows:- Power BI App Development: Development of dashboards from data source development (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) to final dashboard (Power Query, DAX, UX/UI). This included requirements engineering (interviews and workshops) and development of supporting documentation.- Engagement and Implementation Management: Developing and delivering training on using tools and dashboards, handling of internal and external communications, management of a Feedback Form.- Automation and Process Improvement: ‘As-is’ and ‘To-be’ process analysis and mapping, developing automated tools and retraining users on new processes.- SSRS and Adhoc report development: Development of reports using SQL, SSRS, Excel and Google Sheets.
