At Lowe's, I worked as a Customer Sales Associate in their Inside & Outside Seasonal department. Each sales associate is tracked in how much they sell through a unique ID number. I was able to accumulate $160,000 in sales while with the company.I was able to self-teach and learn how to use different software that was unique to the company. One software I encountered was Genesis. I used this software to regularly check inventory, stay up to date when merchandise is expected to be restocked, set-up delivery, and pick-up later orders for customers. The other software is called Project Tool. I used this to help generate potential quotes for various installation services.There have been various occurrences where my manager tasked me with developing ways to boost merchandise sales. I executed these strategies on a bi-weekly basis depending on the different promotions or corporate sales goals at the time.Throughout my time at Store 1932, I was able to develop invaluable skills such as customer service, self-teaching, adaptability, and problem solving.

At Honeywell, I interned specifically under the Safety Productivity and Solutions sector. Here, I worked on the marketing team for their most coveted brands such as MUCK, Xtratuf and Howard Leight. I assisted in the generation of numerous brand campaigns. More specifically, I helped in planning and creating content that could be used for each brand. Additionally, I was able to get familiar with the E-commerce side of MUCK and Xtratuf. I was tasked with preparing the launch of new products on the websites. Within the process, I was responsible for assisting in the copy and HTML editing before going live on the website.
