Provided senior leadership direction and execution for a growing Federal Government contractor with over 300 employees including a union and international workforce that provided engineering and technical services. Led a team of 5 that provided recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, deployment and operational support. Implemented process improvements that supported growth from 160 to 250 U. S. employees without adding additional HR staff. Replaced stand-alone HRIS with fully integrated Deltek Costpoint system that eliminated multiple entry of data, enabled in-house payroll processing and offered employee self-service features.
