The Managing Director of sister company On & Offshore Services AS, took over as CEO for both companies in 2010. I continued to focus on sale and marketing, as well as managing various projects abroad in places like Turkmenistan, Dubai, China etc. During this period, I was also involved in activities relating to start-up of On & Offshore do Brasil (in Brasil) and have become somewhat familiar with this area as well.On the 30th of April 2012, I left On & Offshore Operations and will now pursue other ideas.

Started On & Offshore Operations AS together with former colleges and some investors. Was Managing Director (CEO) until January 2010. My main task was to create business cases and develop these into viable business. During this period, contracts for delivery of equipment, people and services, were secured in the Mena region, Europe and Angola. OOO was also given a distributorship agreement for Aker MH. The company also did various building supervision and crewing. One such customer were Marine Subsea, where I was in charge of a team that followed the building of the topside package for the large and highly advanced Well Intervention vessel Sara, as well as development of operational procedures and eventually manning of the vessel with OIM, supervisors and operators.I worked hands on with most of the projects as a project manager.

Participated in the "Future Project", responsible for operational matters, related to development or intgegration of new technology and methods, commonly describes as "Integrated operations". This included design and layout of on and offshore collaboration rooms, re-organizing of the onshore and offshore organization and development of new working methods.

Responsible for overall coordination and management of all shutdown activities in the Greater Oseberg Area for the 2005 shut-down. This also included the Heimdal field and Sture Oil terminal (7 offshore installations). Volume : 200.000+ manhours carried out over a 10 day period.

Responsible for preparation of daily operational planning and reporting, including collaboration with maintenance departments and contractors.

Participated in the bi-annual shut-down preparation teams (turnaround team), responsible for preparation of manuals, plans and detailed operational matters for the Oseberg A, B and D platform. This was done during 6 month onshore stays in 1997, 2001 and 2003

Worked as process operator and control room operator at the Oseberg Field centre. Up to 690.000 barrels of oil per day, including drilling, gas import, gas export (35 Mill SM3/day) and a full oil stabilization process plant.

Granted apprenticeship contract by Norsk Hydro (3 years).

Combined position as operations and maintenance planner during the initial offshore hook-up and start-up of the combined drilling and production platform Oseberg C.

Hired out from own company as a project planner to Norsk Hydro during the start-up and initial drilling and production period for Oseberg A and B platform. Work included daily planning of all maintenance related activities, in close collaboration with the Norsk Hydro operations department.

Hired in from own company as consultant for Norsk Hydro, responsible for daily follow-up of the offshore hook-up and installation contract between Kvaerner Installation and Norsk Hydro. This included general cost control and field inspections.

Responsible for time-keeping, accommodation and helicopter transport/shuttling for Oil Industry Services personnel on various hook-up's and major modification projects in the greater Ekofisk area and Gullfaks. Peak number of people around 700.

Responsible for compilation of the MC dossiers for the McDermott scope of work, during the topside hook-up of the production modules for the Valhall production platform.

Responsible for a team of riggers and deck workers during the offshore hook-up of the production platform on the Valhall field (Amoco).

Responsible for compilation handling of all technical documentation during the building of 3 compressor modules for the TCP2 gas and treatment platform, Frigg Field Norway (Elf Aquitaine).

Responsible for helicopter transport and accommodation on the TCP2 offshore platform, during the hook-up and start-up phase. Handling of helicopter shuttling of up to 220 people on a daily basis and lodging of 230 persons in the temporary quarters on TCP2. French and English working language.
