I joined Metaplex as one of the first three developers. I saw a great need to improve developer productivity and turned their dev process around via a variety of tools that generate boilerplate code as well as make it very easy to run and test smart contracts end to end locally.These tools are now used throughout the entire community including by Solana Labs itself.Building these tools required me to apply advanced Rust concepts, deep-dive into Solana tech as well as understand low level De/Serialization strategies used.

At Cypress I worked on improving the startup performance of their Electron app.This required snapshotting a large part of its dependencies right into the binary. In order to achieve this I customized the esbuild bundler written in Go as well as wrote a tool that determines via a complex automated strategy which modules can be loaded into the snapshot.Before that I implemented a Node.js test runner which collects a wealth of information about the tests running, mocks used and provides diagnostics for failed tests.

Social network application.This web application runs on nodejs, and therefore is written in JavaScript client side and server side. It included building out expressjs routes and handling data storage via mongodb on the server side which was built entirely test driven.On the client side the most notable libraries I got to work with on this project are backbone, twitter bootstrap, jquery and d3.To allow reusing server side code on the client side we used browserify for dependency mangement.

Content management system.This application employs Java/Spring MVC on the backend and various modern web technologies on the frontend. So far I had the joy to be working with tools/libraries, such as underscore, backbonejs, jQuery and nodejs (to stand up mock servers).

Built rich UI and high dataflow front office trading desk application for leading investment bank start to end. This application is built on WPF and related .Net technologies. Part of this role was acting as test lead, ensuring that proper unit tests were written and maintained.
