The main goal during this period was to help start and perfect the new F&B points (authentic tray bikes) in the Artis Zoo in Amsterdam.Throughout the Artis grounds, you will find a variety of restaurants, small cafés, outdoor cafés and authentic tray bikes (bakfietsen). During the famous Summer Nights at the Zoo I was responsible for coaching the staff and assist the manager with the F&B points throughout the park.
