SOL & MATHESON Communications is a communication agency which focuses on brand experience and helping customers create new ideas to improve sales. During a period of 30 weeks I investigated new methods of developing and communicating client messages. Based on the research, the advice is that there should be a profiling service in which the professional motorcycle race or motocross athlete functions as an influencer for a sponsor or motorcycle manufacturer. This online profiling service responds to the needs of athletes, sponsors and motorcycle manufacturers. Consideration should be given to saving time for the athlete, but also to extra income from sponsors for the athlete. The athlete is seen as a positive representative of the brand through fast professional reports and encouraging content creation. The advantage for the sponsor is to increase public awareness of the company and to improve the company image with the ultimate goal of increasing their market share. Motorcycle manufacturers benefit from this online profiling service through better publicity of existing products, a larger reach by the large following of the athlete and ultimately increased sales figures.In addition to successfully completing my graduation internship, I gained a lot of knowledge in various marketing and communication areas.

CRT Track days TT Circuit Assen.Since 1992 is CRT the organization of motorcycle track days at the Dutch TT circuit of Assen. Under the guidance of experienced instructors CRT riders can get acquainted with riding at the TT Circuit of Assen on their own or rented bike. This is the same circuit, the same asphalt where the Grand Prix and World Superbike riders rides their races. During our CRTs you will experience the power of your engine in to practice, you will realize his ability and you will respect it. Also you will learn to cope responsible with this ability.Dutch championship road racing: OW Cup.Since 2013 is CRT the organizer of the Dutch championship road racing. Each year CRT organizes 10 races for the Dutch Championship title on the Dutch TT Circuit of Assen, Motopark Oschersleben and the Hockenheimring.In this OW Competition you can participate in various classes to give everyone the possibility to ride races at your own level in the SuperCup 600/1000, ProCup 600/1000 and SportCup 600/1000

During a period of 6 months I have completed a full-time internship at Yamaha Motor Europe.During this internship I wrote an improvement plan for the Yamaha MT Tour 2017.The focus was on collecting customer data and processing the customer data at the distributors. Also the MT Tour 2017 had to be given more appeal in order to satisfy more consumers.Besides the Yamaha MT Tour 2017 I got the chance to join several other interesting projects in order to gain a lot of knowledge. This gave me a good impression in the way Yamaha Motor Europe works.
