R&D officer in work (in)capacity.• Initiate, carry out and/or monitor evidence-based studies• Initiate and maintain contacts with various stakeholders (universities, federal and regional institutions, sickness funds, etc.)• Manage the deployment of projects such as studies and workshops• Develop and implement pilot projects• Coordinate the IPS study (individual placement & support)• Coordinate team members involved in the same project• Organize workshops over the topic of work (in)capacity• Support other researchers in their methodology and workload• Study the legislation to be able to provide accurate advice• Provide occupational therapy based advice for return to work plans

• Represent Ergotherapie Belgium at the Council of Occupational Therapists for the European Countries (COTEC) as Belgian delegate• Manage international relations with diverse stakeholders• Maintain relationships with our sponsors and seek new ones

Senior occupational therapist in fitness to drive's assessment of people with disabilities and/or with health issues.• Carry out a functional capacity assessment• Assess the client on the road in an adapted car• Discuss cases in a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with the doctor and neuropsychologist • Propose vehicle adaptations that fit the client’s abilities (including driving with a joystick)• Take decisions about fitness the drive regarding the legislation, the security and the client’s freedom • Manage and follow-up of files and letters from clients, doctors or lawyers

• Evaluate & make recommendations regarding home improvements of people with disabilities• Draw plans and specifications relating to adaptations (access to the housing, bathroom, kitchen, etc.)
