  In my current role within the Information Security Team, I lead penetration testing activities, ranging from enhancing the team's capabilities to personally conducting pentests as necessary. My responsibilities also include managing and collaborating with third-party pentest vendors to efficiently distribute workload, which involves engaging with startups and major crowdsourced security testing platforms.I am in charge of the External Attack Surface Management (EASM) tool, overseeing its optimization through the development of processes aimed at controlling the attack surface and reducing vulnerabilities. Additionally, I hold relationships with multiple subsidiaries of the company, with the goal of extending the Information Security team's influence in minimizing the attack surface and associated vulnerabilities.A key part of my role involves conducting training sessions for both the team and the wider organization, featuring live hacking demonstrations to increase security awareness activities.
