At Annalect India as a Manager, I developed creative solutions for advertising agency printing needs, guiding the creative team to design within printing and packaging limitations. Additionally, I acquired talent, prepared QBR decks, and analysed KPI metrics to highlight team strengths and weaknesses. As a Scrum Master, I successfully led two Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. I conducted regular status meetings and provided progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively. Furthermore, I implemented risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Previously, as a Team Leader at SGS & Co, I developed strategies to reduce external rejections and maintain project quality with a team of over 20 FTEs, upgrading SOPs and initiating quality projects like FMEA. I enhanced team collaboration and client satisfaction using Agile practices and improved process flow. At P&G Europe, I managed peak operations with strong backup plans, coordinated to move accounts out of Hypercare, and completed key phases for the P&G APAC region.
