A long-life learner with a particular interest in human resources development, astronomy, creative industry, law, and agrotechnology. He has two bachelor's degrees from Merdeka University Surabaya. And currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in human resource development at the Universitas Airlangga postgraduate program in Surabaya, Indonesia. He is a member of various Regional and National Scientific Organizations. At the regional level, he is the Secretary General of the Surabaya Astronomy Club (SAC) from 2021 until 2024. And also, Chairman of the East Java Amateur Astronomer Communication Forum (FOKALIS JATIM). Toyib won different national prizes for his organizational activity, in 2011, he won one very prestigious title, namely First Winner of the Astrophotography Competition commemorating the 5th Anniversary of the Surabaya Astronomy Club, and the Finalist of the Vlog Competition ‘Generasi Millennial Siap Menghadapi New Normal Life’, held by Polrestabes Surabaya. He is also publishing several scientific works, novels, poetry collections, and writing populist opinions on his website. Now he lives and works in Surabaya, Indonesia as a member of the Office of International Affairs, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Airlangga.
