I am most passionate about teaching and learning. I design training modules for organizations and institutions, and also teach trainers and faculty members how to best facilitate those modules. All too often, someone who is really great at what they do, is asked to teach it to others, and they find themselves in a scary new place: "How on earth do I teach this stuff? I know my craft, but teaching it to others is another story!" That's where I can help. As a Senior Learning Designer for Ease Learning, I design and build online and blended courses for various post secondary institutions across the United States. I am also a term instructor for the School of Instructor Education at Vancouver Community College where I teach courses in the Provincial Instructor's Diploma Program and the E-Learning Certificate Program.
