Tom Hrinowich is the Chief Operating Officer of the Dream Exchange, where he is responsible for the service delivery of all management consulting and financial management products. Tom is a nationally recognized expert in financial modeling, corporate mergers and integration and process reengineering.Tom, alongside the CEO, Joe Cecala, worked side by side in creating the revolutionary technology that is used at the Dream Exchange to put a proper deal together for private company securities offerings. Tom was instrumental in the initial research and consulting of pilot companies that lead to what is now the Dream Exchange.Prior to the formation of the Dream Exchange, Mr. Hrinowich was the Vice President, Client Services at Expansion Funding Partners, a firm that was created by Joe Cecala and merged with Mr. Hrinowich's firm, BroadPeak Collaborative.As COO of the Dream Exchange, Tom is now able to use his expansive experience in structuring private equity transactions to help his clients get the best possible deal, both as an investor and a business owner.Mr. Hrinowich earned his MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
