Tom was instrumental in the initial research and consulting of pilot companies that lead to what is now the Dream Exchange.Prior to the formation of the Dream Exchange, Mr. Hrinowich was the Vice President, Client Services at Expansion Funding Partners, a firm that was created by Joe Cecala and merged with Mr. Hrinowich's firm, BroadPeak Collaborative.As COO of the Dream Exchange, Tom is now able to use his expansive experience in structuring private equity transactions to help his clients get the best possible deal, both as an investor and a business owner.Mr. Hrinowich earned his MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
