3iVE was launched following 17 years of David's work and education in Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate. The goal of the firm is to produce well designed, efficient, healthy, affordable, and exceptionally well built buildings that respond synthetically to the needs of our clients, our neighborhoods, and the ecosystem.
