Blincventures.com was initiated to document the effort of identifying and sourcing early stage Social Entrepreneurs for investment in Nepal. It quickly became an online platform to provide visibility to the social businesses that are challenging to find otherwise. As a Sr. Relationship Manager I had the opportunity to design and implement innovative volunteering programs that leveraged volunteer skills to help NGOs scale their impact. My role enabled me to engage and work closely with multiple stakeholders including NGO's, corporates, volunteers, vendors and beneficiaries.
