I have considerable experience of business development and recruiting, starting from recruiting team members and entertainers during my career in the Cruising industry, followed by recruiting of IT and ITC expertise during my career in the IT-business and later on experience as Senior Recruitment Consultant in a major international recruitment company. The headhunting company Futurehead Oü ,where I am acting as CEO and headhunter, is specialized in cross border recruitments in the Nordic countries and in the Baltics, is established in 2017, but the business started already in 2004 in my Finnish company THS Finland and have since the beginning been successful in finding a very large scale of high level executives and specialists. We have an incredible good network and an extremely good reputation as a reliable and efficient provider of high class recruitment services from top executive level to middle management and specialized sales personnel. We have a very strong focus on Nordic and Baltic companies I have also been Associated Partner to Storvik & Co were I also beside of my role as an HR expert, work with business development.
