• Performed a complete redesign and update of console operators' acid injection system operation display. The update allowed operators to accurately see and functionally control the acid injection system from their DCS console display. The improvement was well received and celebrated by the operators and management.• Developed operator graphics enabling quick evaluation of all unit controllers from a single screen, allowing prompt issue resolution and optimal performance. Created custom algorithm blocks using Honeywell Experion scripts and CL Code in TDC to efficiently assess over 750 controllers. These graphics proved instrumental to efficient unit operations.• Ensured seamless cutover and migration of over 300 control elements by providing technical and physical support during the Hydrogen Plant's migration from the old Honeywell HPM Controllers to Honeywell C300PM Controllers. The migration was performed safely, without incident, and maintained operator unit control throughout the entire migration.
