• Building strategies, participating in the ideation process and planning to deploy integrated communication campaigns, brand consulting, digital campaigns and social content creation. • Participating in projects for Vietnamese and international brands in the industries of banking, finance, insurance, FMCG, household appliances, F&B... including Huda and Halida (Carlsberg), Singha and LEO beer (Thailand), Tan Hiep Phat, Saigon Food, Glico ICREO, Caryn (Uncharm), Eucerin (Beiersdorf), BlueStone, FWD Insurance, Generali, and VPBank.• Brand & Communication Strategy & Planning- Handle project & deliver strategic approach (research, strategy development, brand positioning, outcome delivery) while overseeing & managing other projects.- Develop communication plan (IMC, digital campaign, social campaign…) following the aligned strategic approach and creative idea. - Work with accounts to identify opportunities to offer more services for current clients.• Directly work & consult for clients- Participate in meetings with clients (briefing and presentation), clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap in. - Manage client expectations and deliverables. • Leadership & Team development- Train & guide team member to grow and nurture team culture.- Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management.- Manage team resources & work load to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.

- Meet clients, identify problems and prepare creative briefs. - Work closely with Design Department and lead brainstorming sessions to produce the work for branding projects- Conduct in-depth interviews with executives of businesses in branding projects. - Lead brand naming and branding positioning projects for SMEs. - Develop ideas and scripts for TV Commercials, Bumper Ads and Corporate videos. - Participate in the film production process and casting support. - Deliver clear and convincing proposals and presentations based on insights through primary and secondary research- Make content plans and lead Content team - Manage projects to ensure quality and work progress- Consult clients with effective communications solutions that suitable with budgets and timelines - Develop marketing plans and materials for the company
