Current- Lead and manage overall business activities through directors and senior management staff- Develop an objective, customer centered and result oriented business approach throughout the organization- Ensure budgets, targets and business and strategic plans are achieved- Ensure activities are coordinated throughout the organization through good teamwork- Ensure the structure has an effective and efficient policy and procedure structure in place which aids the achievement of objectives- Ensure company policies and procedures recognize and enhance the importance of good supplier, customer, internal staff and public communications and relationships- Ensure that the compensation system recognizes both group and individual performance achievement- Lead in the preparation and review of reports, business and strategic plans, and budgets- Ensure that the activities and resources of the company are supported by sound, efficient and effective accounting and financial systems- Keep updated on competitive and market changes and trends, and/or other factors which may have an impact on the business- Conduct or assist in conduct of staff performance appraisal/evaluations for Board of Management and other senior executive staff
