✍ 04/2016 – now: Project Coordinator cum Import-export Expert - Purchasing plan and Import-Export activities: + Coordinating with factory for importing plan of: material, machines & equipment or accessories. + Searching and evaluating suppliers (Chinese, Japanese or European suppliers) + Negotiating, making purchase contracts, following in/out payments; + Shortlisting logistic suppliers + Tracing status of shipment + Preparing import/export documents + Fulfilling customs clearance. + Coordinating with other parties and team members for delivery- Project sales (local and international projects) + Preparing bidding documents and negotiating to get projects awarded. + Coordinate with related parties to implement awarded bidding contracts + Purchase goods, materials and other services + Work closely with factory implementing the production to meet shipment deadline.✍ 8/2013 – 11/2015: Acting Manager of Import-Export Department Directly manage all duties of Import-Export Department, included:1. Purchasing - Taking control of purchase cost of material for production and trading - Negotiating, making purchase contracts, making in/out payments; - Shortlisting logistic suppliers to handle transportation of commodities.- Coordinating Customs office, Insurance companies, Inspection organizations and team members for delivery2. International competitive bidding: - Searching ICB (International Competitive Bidding) to get the bidding documents- Preparing bid submission- Coordinating with the factory and other parties to execute the awarded contract 3. Vendor for FDI customers:- Presenting advantages of the company to oversea customers - Coordinating to finish vendor assessment required by customers to win the supplier contract- Conducting Purchase orders, negotiating and handling all issues4. Accessing for cooperation via E-commerce:- Managing the E-commerce team - Negotiating printing contracts from customers all over the world

Mainly in charge of:- Receiving the orders, planning for export or import schedule.- Negotiating with partners, making contract, and completing full set of documentations to open LC, or TTR, following in/out payments- Tracing status of cargoes, contacting sellers, shipping agents to get information and update of shipment- Checking import/export documents ( Invoice, packing list, B/L, C/O…) then opening customs sheets- Coordinating with other parties (Insurance companies, Inspection organizations) and team members for smooth handling of delivery- Other jobs as required
