Main responsibility:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing quality HR and C&B service.- Commit to internal KPIs and clients service level agreement metrics.- Full payroll execution and process including social benefits and tax calculation for 5 clients (300 - 500 headcounts).- Answer inquiries from client and client’s employees.- Check and review the reports of team members to ensure the work is accurately performed.- Onboard / implement projects with new clients.- Prepare documents to apply for Visa, Work Permit and Temporary Residence Card for expatriates.- Directly work with Government Departments to submit monthly, quarterly and yearly report.

Main responsibility:- Collaborate with other HR staff and Directors of supermarkets to manage the human resource capital.- Manage HR headcount (600 staffs): consult and implement staff transfer to maintain staff availability of each position.- Data filing of personnel information. Updating HR system (SAP) of any changes in personnel information. - Supervise timesheet records of staff on HR system. Monitor employment benefits (e.g., annual leave) for payroll preparation.- Register tax code and dependents.- Manage staff feedback and provide guidance on HR services (e.g., contracts, leave procedure, C&B questions)- Prepare HR reports for the Company’s managers.

Main responsibility:Monthly Payroll calculation:- Supervise timesheet records of staff on HR system. Monitor employment benefits (e.g., annual leave) for payroll preparation.- Prepare payroll for 300 staffs of 3 branches of the Company. - Prepare and issue pay slips. Manage feedbacks on pay slips. - Prepare salary transfer advice.- Conduct C&B monthly reports to managers.Contract, Insurance and PIT Tax:- Manage labor contract. Compose, extend contract and prepare contract appendix.- Register Social obligations with Social Department for new hires, submitting and monitoring claims for Social benefits reimbursement for staff.- Manage the insurance payment breakdown cost report.- Prepare tax compliance services for employees.- Ensure all compensation & benefits are implemented in accordance with company policies.Recruitment function:- Manage HR headcount and staff information.- Work with recruiting agency for uploading employment vacancies, CV screening, interviewing and welcoming new staff. - Prepare paperwork related to staff recruitment and termination. Administrative tasks:- Manage staff attire and equipment.- Prepare document to apply for Visa, Work Permit for expatriates.- Arrange flight and accommodation for employees/managers in business trip.
