- In charge of the project execution up to the scheduled completion, in accordance with Company's QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget- Contract Management, Evaluate and challenge technical recommendations and Client requests and their impact on project schedule and cost- Control design changes, initiate Variation claims, expedite milestone payment- Perform Risk/Opportunity management, control and monitoring risks during project execution- Ensure interdisciplinary consistency of design and requisition documents. Manage technical interfaces among disciplines, Client and third-party Certification Authorities. Chair meetings and write MOMs- Coordinate engineering at different centers and partners, operating on the project for the assigned portion of work - Coordinate engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and construction- Ensure Vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time- Ensure the production of documents required for the permitting process (as required by contract and authorities)- Develop project schedule, identify critical paths and evaluate alternative schedule options to optimize project strategies and resources- Monitor discipline progress, accurate forecast date and schedule. Manage and expedite discipline Leads on the issuance of registered deliverables as per the milestones schedule.- Provide resource planning, monitor spent manhour, evaluate resources and provide recommendations to achieve the required plan with discipline Leads.- Control and manage essential scheduling matters and potential major risks, delays and impacts and mitigate risk and reduce cost.- Review Project Procedures and Plans, Weekly reports including analyze progress, trending, forecasting. Review and approve Closed out report

- Write proposals to National Science Foundation and CAEFF for funding- Plan, manage, and execute projects: o Develop a numerical model to predict Property from Microstructure which is predicted from Processing for semicrystalline polymers o Study and evaluate the microstructure of immiscible viscous blend and the effective of chaotic mixers.- Develop lectures and teach “Introductory Solid Mechanics”

- Perform experiments on material characterization equipment for different thermosetting resins and pre-preg fibers- Investigate cure kinetics and build viscosity models for resins, and analysed their effects on properties of composite materials
