1. Planning, strategy and sales support experience (11 years):- Manage 1xx service shops in 64 provinces: open new shops, evaluate current shops to improve performance, apply new policies, KPI, claims…- Planning and arrange thousands of Panasonic customers to join products repairing campaign, customer satisfaction survey, dealer survey, dealer support campaign…- Communicate with Regional Panasonic to submit reports, plan, activities and experience sharing.- Build up, control and manage CRM system and share-point website with 2xx users, Call center system. Cooperate with Vendors to manage and solve system error, build up new functions.- Support related departments/sections in Panasonic Sales VN for other customer service tasks.- Enhance IT systems in daily work for other teams to improve productivity and co-operations.2. Business planning and cost control experience (8 years):- In charge of allocating hundreds of billions VND yearly: make business plan, budget control, allocate budget for all activities and checking those payments monthly…- Follow and manage cost as yearly/quarterly KPI and re-arrange business plan to follow sales target.- Build SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for the whole department and partners to follow and adapt company requirements.- Analyzed data of thousands and thousands of customers information, requirements, claims via system to understand customer insight and submit proposal to improve company reputation. 3. Sales and Marketing (3 years)- Dealing with partners to sell e-Warranty package for Panasonic products as sale target.- Prepare marketing campaign to enhance customer satisfaction and service of Panasonic products.- Conduct customer/dealer survey then analyze to improve customer loyalty to Panasonic products and understand customers' demand.- Manage incentive payment and channel development for each area and desired category
