Monitor Logistics performance across the scope of asset return from customers; in FHS Warehouses; Repair order creation; Repaired asset receipt and processing;Perform investigation and analytics to identify Issues (Resourcing, storage volume, process sequencing, data integrity/availability…), and define solutions;React to supply chain symptoms and performance issues, by identifying root causes, and drumbeating recovery actions with international stakeholders;Work on supply chain solutions to optimize the processes and performance;Be domain business expert in new projects (IS systems, Transport project, contract);Coordinate the closure process of third-party loans to maximize performance and minimize cost exposure in terms of loan fees and logistic costs;

Monitor logistic process of aircraft part from customer base to nominated stations;Ensure the quality assessment of spare part status removed from aircraft; aircraft configuration data; data integrity and subsequent alignment with customer; Compile data for change requests, clear backlog with international teams;Coordinate logistic activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders;Participate in projects involving new or improved processes;Report and assist project business owners to deliver the guaranteed service level with customer;

Be the primary point of contact with designated local key accounts;Maintain the relationships with existing/nominated clients;Follow up dedicated company Key accounts by providing appropriates services on requests;Identify sales opportunities by ensuring a systematic qualification process;Support Sales team in finding new prospects; Liaise with Operations team and external customers for operational matters; Perform other assigned tasks: consistent gathering and recording of sales data for Outside sales, acting as tender desk for North and South offices in coordination with GM Sales;

Arrange and control inbound and outbound shipments including road, air and sea shipments;Prepare quotations and follow up specific shipments on request ;Ensuring On-Time delivery as per contractual KPIs;Daily report to customers about order’s status (delivery, customs clearance, storage);Assist Manager and Project Coordinator in preparing Service reports, resolve disputes with suppliers etc

Order monitoring and shipment arrangement to nominated group national sites and international subsidiaries;Support to export and customs documents preparation;Assistance to order and logistic claim handling;

Establish transport plans within the established scope, schedule, associated cost;Provide, update transporting and forwarding information to client; collect feedbacks from customer to direct managers;Handle claims and problems from clients/ others parties, identifying corrective actions as per company claim process and followed up through completion;Cooperate with different business units according to some logistic projects (GE, LVMH etc.)

Manage item’s basic file, including create and exclude items for the BigC’s North and Center Stores;Support Buyer and Marketing Department to promote BigC’s products;Set up referencing files and prepare monthly report to Department Director;Perform administrative tasks in cooperation with suppliers.
