• Gather requirements from internal Product and develop technically network solutions• Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for projects and Ensure projects are implemented within schedule• Transform solutions into functional requirements/ specification documents• Lead and support timely activities prior to service rollout, ensuring ares in planning, provisioning and operational matters are addressed• Manage vendors to ensure the technical design are implemented as required if the projects are outsourced• Access vendor’s capabilities’ development and solutions, seek and propose network hardware and software components upgrade as required• Design scalable networks that facilitate graceful service growth and enable the evolution of new services and integration of new technologies• Implement network enterprise infrastructure projects covering in area of mainly Networks and security system. May also be tasked as project lead for awarded projects.• Design and perform user acceptance test• Perform troubleshooting on issue arises during project implementation• Perform standby roster for network maintenance and service support when required• Troubleshooting of issues; conduct fault analysis and restoration of Internetwork, and service-related issue within SLA• Interface with respective staff or external parties and vendors on service escalation
