Being in charge of Legal in Headquarter as well as Company's 3 plants as below:1/ Legal issues handling (disputes, inspection from Authority...).2/ License procedure for Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC), 3/ Consult on case-by-case basis (collective labor agreement, Internal Working Regulations...)4/ Compliance + Update legal documents impacting the corporate operation. Reports to Authority regularly.+ Conduct internal audit to maintain compliance with current regulations.+ Cope with audits from 3rd Party: Customers, Shareholders, Certification Organizations5/ Agreements/documents negotiation & review6/ Secretary function: Hold meeting, send invitations, draft meeting minutes for Board of Director, annual General Shareholder Meeting.

- Contract review- Implement the necessary procedures to amend the Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) with the State Authority.- Update and evaluate legal documents impacting on the company's operations- Consulting on incurred issues related to operation activities- Establish internal regulations and procedures- Conduct internal compliance training on company rules for all associates- Monitor compliance with company rules- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Consulting & implementing on Enterprise matters: Establishing, Adjustment, Dissolution of an Enterprise- Support regular issues in Tax, Agreement, Labor, Insurance- Carrying out procedures for Foreign Indirect Consulting

• Researching legal regulations on assigned cases• Support the drafting of simple documents, papers, draft contracts under the guidance of Consultants• Support implementation of administrative procedures related to domestic and foreign investment• Translate legal documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
