- Fulfilling the role of C&B team leader for the company have over 1000 employees in the context of a fierce Corona outbreak in Vietnam and all the world- Excellent and promptly complete the payment of salaries and benefits to employees during the epidemic season- Provide timely reports on human resources, based on this, HR head have flexible human resource strategies

- Develop & implement C&B plans about the total rewards of the company - Data analysis and reporting C&B to ensure internal equity & external competitiveness- Ensure all C&B programs comply with law & company regulations.- Always keep relationships with the community stable- Partner with HR leadership, business leaders, and employees to develop and communicate C&B programs effectively
